St James Church is a Grade II listed Building, consecrated in December 1865. Church is near Ashton Town Centre with good public transport links, bus, train and tram.
Fairfield Moravian Church and Settlement are of unique importance nationally, being the largest of its kind in Britain. It has been made into a Conservation Area with all of its buildings listed as being of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.

Our Scout Group was formed in 1916 and we have a long history of providing fun, friendship and fresh air in our scout hut and garden. We are holding a Heritage Garden Party to celebrate our history with displays, garden games and refreshments.
Mossley was built on the wool and cotton industry and the architecture of the houses reflect the needs of the industry (and its workers) as well as teaching about social changes and heritage .
