Following World Suicide Prevention Day, this event explores the tragic life of Princess Irene Duleep Singh (d.1926) and traces how attitudes to mental health, medicine, and care have evolved — through history, the law, and a forgotten royal’s story.
A Walking Tour of Arnold Bennett's Burslem
A walk around Burslem to historical buildings featured in the novels of Arnold Bennett, and on which we have mounted blue plaques over recent years. At each stop there will be readings of Bennett extracts featuring the building we've arrived at.
All Saints Church Open Days
All Saints Church will be open from 1000 until 1700 on Saturday, 13th September, followed by a Service of Celebration. On Sunday, 14th September, we will have Morning Worship as normal, and the Church will be open for the rest of the day until 5.00pm.
