3-6 Priory Row (also known as Lychgate Cottages) is a row of three timber-framed properties dating to around 1415. It is a remarkable survival of a pre-Dissolution building at the heart of Coventry’s high street area.

Come to our club room in the historic Coventry Canal Basin. See our layouts running and talk to club members. Four large and several small layouts in a variety of scales. Special exhibits for the children to see and interact with.

Coventry Cathedral tower climb rewards you with a breath-taking 360˚ view from the rooftop of this Gothic masterpiece, the third highest cathedral in the UK - soaring over 100 metres high. 

Go beyond the guest experience and uncover the hidden history of the Telegraph Hotel. Explore exclusive spaces, hear stories from its days as Coventry's newspaper headquarters, and discover how a landmark building was transformed into a unique hotel.

The Anglican Chapel was restored and opened as an event venue in 2022, with new interpretation throughout the wider cemetery. Drop in to view the space and find out the stories of some of the ordinary people buried in the Cemetery.

Bond's Hospital is a Grade II Listed Building with a section of the City Wall in it's garden. This building provides sheltered accommodation for the elderly.

Considered to be one of the finest examples of 16th Century domestic buildings in England. In 2006 an episode of Dr Who was filmed here.

The two remaining gates of Coventry's medieval city wall have been renovated, modernised and are now holiday lets. This is an opportunity to see inside.

Visit the ground floor of The Weaver’s House and the Tudor garden to find out about family and working life in the 1540s.

Come and explore the private rooms not usually open to the public including the Lord Mayor’s Reception Suite.

The Walled Garden dates back to c1785, and is now an educational resource run by volunteers. House next door in Arts and Crafts style c1913 with old dovecote (not open). Features a kitchen garden, medicinal herbs and heritage orchard.

Built in 1969, the Grade II* listed status Maths Houses won the 1970 RIBA Architecture Award. Designed by Bill Howell, with distinctive curved walls and integrated blackboards. Look around, draw on the boards, join in fun maths crafts activities.

Come and explore the 900 year history of St. Mary's with opportunities to experience ringing the bells, soft archery, refreshments and other activities (including activity booklets for children.

St John’s is a historic medieval church dating from 1344, yet also contains much that is modern – many come to see the stained glass dating from the 1950s, for instance. Tours available on request, and refreshments are available on the Saturdays.

Medieval parish church with 15th century Doom painting. The historic building is still a living place of worship, also hosting concerts almost every other week.

Enjoy train rides on our heritage themed miniature railway along the River Sowe. For Heritage Day 2026, we are embracing the theme of “Everyday Histories”, exploring the daily working lives of those who keep railways running - past and present.

Trinity House is old! It’s built around the last surviving tower of the city’s first cathedral; it's been a Civil War vicarage, a girls’ school for domestic service, and now Holy Trinity’s church centre and hired for parties, meetings and offices.

The Chamber of Silence is only open twice a year, it gives the public a chance to see inside and view the Rolls of the Fallen.
